Darren Capp - Balbex
Darren has been playing drums for close to 20 years & since the beginning he has built up experience in gigging and recording for bands and artists in different styles and genres. Some of his proudest achievements over this time include playing Reading & Leeds festival (backstage Carl Barât asked him for some beers.…true story!), Boomtown festival, Rebellion festival, Mighty sounds festival amongst many others.
He has also been a part of several UK and European tours that have taken place in some amazing venues including the KOKO & Underworld in London and Rock City in Nottingham. Amongst these achievements he has also been fortunate to record a live session in the prestigious Maida Vale Studios which resulted in radio airplay & interviews on Radio1 with Mike Davis (previously of the Punk Show). He has also recorded in many studios across the UK including Ray Davies’s KONK studios & working with producer Jason Wilson at Stakeout studios whose credits include Youmeatsix, Reuben and Fightstar.
